PWC folk, what would be expected coming in as an experience associate working in Workday, based in Chicago? Looking for salary estimates to determine the viability of leaving. Feel like I’m 1 year from promo at K but the money at the same level moving over to PWC would almost be as much of a raise as the promo to SA at KPMG... help!

I interviewed for KPMG on 11/15 for a Senior role and the HR emailed me on 11/16 that everyone liked me but they think I should be hired as an Experienced Associate. I had a call with the HR on 11/17 wherein we discussed about my salary expectations and the HR said he will get back in a day. It’s been more than 10 days and multiple follow ups but still no response. I don’t think I was rude while talking to the HR, I just told my current salary and asked for min. that no.
