My job application status says shortlisted in Mindtree Portal after 3 round of technical interviews. The recruiter told me he will send an invite for the HR round (10-15 days back) But i am yet to receive any information from them.
Can someone from #Mindtree help me understand what process they follow for recruitment?

True story: a guy who worked for me was an under-performer in all the ways one can under performer. He is now the head of a hot agency. On one hand, he wasn’t a good cultural fit, which I suspect crippled his confidence. But what I learned is that at the time he was struggling with addiction. He got sober, found his footing and skyrocketed. I encourage you to consider that we never know what someone is going through, and we sure as shit don’t know the extent their potential.
People get fired for all sorts of reasons and often it’s politics. My advise to you is that unless you’ve had a negative personal experience working with person than you should keep it to yourself. You wouldn’t want anyone doing it to you. Especially someone you’ve never personally worked with or along-side
Giving people chances is a good thing. Sometimes people are just in the wrong place. For that to follow them forever prevents them from actually learning from that experience to move on productively. Imho of course.
I'd say you've heard rumors and are not sure what's true or not so you recommend they check references.
I wouldn't in any way repeat what you've heard as you're just spreading more gossip and other people's judgment. Never talk trash about others ever for a myriad of reasons, much less if your experience is not firsthand!
@CS1. Perfect! Wouldn’t want you here.
And I know we’ve all been let go. But she had a bad rep and was lazy with an attitude. Heard this from all team members, from account to her writer.
I just had this same experience. But she had s terrible reputation. I never worked with her. But I spoke to her AD, boss, and the person who sat next to her for 2 years. They all had legit reasons why she was let go. The smaller the place, the more a “bad apple” hurts morale.
