And these same factors were classified as the ones with the least impact on happiness in a relationship

In CA: PC bought condo while with gf, then quitclaimed it to her via quitclaim deed and sold it to her for $100k, which they put in writing. I feel like I do more chores because there are some things that I just can’t stand. Like dishes left in the sink, dirty floor, dirty dogs, laundry…etc. When I ask him to do those chores, he says he will do them later but he takes forever. So I do them instead.
