Is anyone at Novartis able to give some insight as to the hiring process? How long does one typically wait post interview to get an answer? Is it typical to take 2 weeks if successful or does a longer wait before feedback mean you’re second fiddle?

I have got Pre hire survey 10 days back from D (requesting for payslip upload and CTC sheet upload) but I haven't heard back anything after that from them. I have a joining into accenture in next 10 days.

Am I being still considered by D (if not I will atleast join acc) , if so how long it will it take from Pre hire survey to offer release usually in D (for consultant position ) ??
