I have 3+ years of experience out which half in consulting and half in managerial role in corporate.

Would you take such an offer or would you look for better seniority at another consulting ? Is it a fair treatment?

I like my job, and my team, and what I do. But damn if I’m not underpaid 😅 small company problems lol. I know I’ll have a salary review next spring (one year) but I’m working a second job cuz student loans blow ass lol. Gotta repay those degrees I don’t use anymore 🙃

Hi! I have worked in management roles in tech, mainly in analytics, for approximately 10 years. My TC has fluctuated (currently around 135K CAD), but it seems like it's relatively easy to breach the 100K bar, but hard to breach the 150K bar. I now work at the CBC, but I have worked in the private sector too. I hold an offer of 18LPA from KPMG with joining date of 7th September. (Wfh)
I applied at Workday on 15th May and went through 7 technical rounds of interview and received a verbal offer letter of 21LPA (hybrid)
Now apparently their technical panel "forgot" about the interview and wants to have a discussion again as 8th technical interview. HR says their joining date will be 19th September.

To put it bluntly, I know certain people with less experience and a lower performance rating are getting paid more than me due to my role working with payroll data. I was wondering if the review course “CPE Self Study Course” for the CFF was enough preparation to study and pass the CFF exam. The CFE review course was enough and like if you get a question wrong it explains it well so that when it comes up in a different way in the real exam you can still get it.
