Hello All,
I have recently joined FIS Global around end of April. My mother recently met with an accident and she needs to be operated.
I haven't been able to update the anything regarding the insurance part yet on FIS portal.
Will my mother's treatment be covered under the insurance? If yes, what's the procedure for the same? What are the documents that I need to submit in order to claim the amount?
Can anyone please guide?

Accept but continue interviewing with FAANG. Verbal offer, verbal acceptance
I played this game once and won by waiting until after biz hours to verbally accept contingent on review of a full comp package. Then I acknowledged the sending of full package end of next biz day, asked a banal question the following, and got the other offer the next day.
I think mine would have quite a longer lead time unfortunately since from what I’ve seen this faang moves rather slowly with their interview process. Very well may be a few weeks into the new gig if thing actually do go well.
FAANG can take anywhere from 3 weeks to a couple of months from the phone screen to a final offer. I doubt your start up would be willing to wait that long.
Would it be bad form to keep the interview to see where things go but accept the role with startup? Currently still gainfully employed at D and would be submitting notice shortly in any case.
With the things going on, I would also think about job security. Something which won’t get effected with the upcoming recessions!
