Partner liked my expertise and gave thumbs up. What would be the next step? But in my current position, we’ve been adding quite a few new projects (and our team is partner, two staff, and me) that will probably start over the next couple of months. I just started a new job this past week and I’m realizing my boss is a huge asshole and doesn’t have a great reputation in the company.
