So I've had 2 hiring managers and several recruiters from Amazon reach out to me about applying for some open positions with the company (android). I completed the coding assessment and now they want me to go through a round of 5 hour interviews next week. Is there a good chance I'll be hired if engineering managers are reaching out to me? I'm really not sure how badly I want to work for them and I don't want to be laid off months after being hired on. Anyone know what Amazon hiring is like?

McKinsey & Company I received an offer from McKinsey & Company in 2021 and I’ll be starting later this year after graduation. Obviously because of the pandemic, inflation is slowly trending upwards. Has anyone asked for a base salary increase before even starting the job? Any advice on how to approach this?
I had interviewed for an internship position at EY for technology consultant program for summer 2022 and got a call where they extended an offer. I wanted to know if I can defer the internship offer to fall 2022 or a later start date after summer.
I apologize as I cannot reply to a comment or DM on this platform to anyone, but thanks for your answers in advance.
I am a graduating student who just got offered 65k for a solution analyst role at Deloitte USDC (Data Engineering Focus). From reading previous posts it seems to be a lot of negative thoughts surrounding the USDC, but straight out of college is this a good opportunity?
I'm looking to gain as much experience as possible out of college in an IT role and wondering what exit opportunities may be in place a year or two down the road if there is little/slow progression.

Do large companies in the US mind international student status? For example, if you need sponsorship in the future
Yes companies do mind and not all companies will jump through the hoops of sponsorship. Better odds with bigger and national companies.
Not the answer you wanted, but just to ask why they reject your of visa status? I thought it’s eligible to work when you have stem opt after graduation. Is it because of h1 sponsorship?
Look at Frog capgemini
" Unfortunately, while an OPT is a valid work visa, the employer will have to sponsor your H1B application in the future. This is sometimes a step the organization is able to take, but unfortunately not at this time. " This is the email. should I lie when I fill the file? like not need a sponsor in the future:(
Absolutely not. One of the very first things you have to do is prove you have authorization to work in the US after being hired, during the process, or on your first day usually.
