Recently I've been trying to get into PM but have been failing at getting interviews. Google just reached out for a PgM role. It's not product so I'm hesitant. What do yall think? Also is it possible to internally transition to PM at google after a while?

I’ve been at my company for 10+ years. I’m not happy with the culture but have flexibility I enjoy, seniority for the time I’ve been here, and pays well. An new job opportunity came up as a Tax Manager but in a different industry which could expand my skillset in different ways, but is not as flexible and the pay is 20k lower. If I stay, I will be Director in few years. What will look better on a resume in the future, continued growth in 1 company or experience in more than 1 company?

Advanced doctorate degree and MBA, starting FT at MBB soon. Thinking about spending a year or so at MBB and then considering startups or VC investing in the healthcare space. I’ve seen post MBA PE exists from MBB, but what are the VC exit ops like? Does MBB help? How easy/hard to get partner track without operating or startup experience?
