Knitting. Also tinkering with all my smart home gadgetry. I use the Alexa app to create inordinately complex smart home routines for my own amusement. My most recent one was throwing a door sensor on top of my fridge door. Whenever I open it, my Amazon Echo yells a random motivational phrase at me to keep me from cheating on my diet: "Abs are made in the kitchen!" "Strong is the new skinny!" "PROTEIN!" My girlfriend says this is toxic, and while she's probably right, it makes me laugh every time, which is really all that matters.
This is genius
This one is still new to me, making templates! I am obsessed with it. For journaling, Excel, Notion, recipe ones, so many different options. Then I found the online tutorial videos of them. Not sure how long it’ll stick, but enjoying it a lot!
Right now, for personal use, but I am doing some research on selling! Have been hearing a lot of bad stories from Etsy, so looking elsewhere.
I started cycling last year and I am absolutely hooked. It has made a world of difference for my mental health, and I'm down almost 20 pounds.
Same- been a cyclist for over 15 years on and off, now into bike packing trips. Turns out most others into this type of activity have adhd or are quite neurodivergent. I love it!
That sounds really fun. I have started jewelry making, scrapbooking, drawing, sewing, etc. I never stick with anything very long so there have been tons of hobbies.

What kind of jewelry do you make? I made phone charms for a bit but that one didn’t stick either
Running (not by choice); me and all my friends signed up for a half marathon last November and I was convinced to train because I didn’t want to be the only one who couldn’t finish or who had to walk.
But that shame alone made me actually train and stick to it - which was the first time I have ever followed a “plan” in 32 years of life.
And now a year later I still run because I know I can, there are no stakes, I’m not training for anything but whenever I’m searching for the “perfect” workout I just convince myself to run like 3 miles because I know I can.

I went through my Nintendo switch phase but always end up back playing sims
Learning a new language (Spanish). Currently on an 80 day streak.
Sure am! Got their Super subscription recently too.
I have been a long-distance cyclist for a long time but can’t always do it due to bad weather or mood (lol) but love it for socialising as there are always social rides and the bike adventures. There’s always a challenge or goal depending on how hard and long you go!
Other than this I feel like I always have a project. Right now it’s light renovation in my house. Sanding, painting my doors and staircases. Then it’s organisation and decorations. Endless! But also I easily feel a great sense of accomplishment when I do house stuff.

House stuff is so rewarding. Currently planning a closet Reno
Photography I did it for years (weddings, engagements, etc) but haven’t really picked up my actual camera in almost a year.
Just one picture from my nephews wedding that I did. It got published in a magazine.
