Recently started my 2nd year as a consultant at BCG and decided to look for something more sustainable. Feeling great relief that I've finally made this decision but a bit nervous as well. Current salary is $185K and looking for something in that range and <50 hours/week. I hope that's realistic. Any advice on what to look for/how to go about it? I am just starting this journey. For context, I am post-MBA and used to work in deal sourcing/negotiations for an IB (didn't do modeling).

Guilt and shame about working in a legal position for years where, instead of using my law degree (was supposed to do legal work per the job posting), I served as a personal assistant to my boss/did nothing for maybe half the time. Can someone explain the difference between FB’s Partner Solutions Manager and the Strategic Partner Manager?
