Recently started my 2nd year as a consultant at BCG and decided to look for something more sustainable. Feeling great relief that I've finally made this decision but a bit nervous as well. Current salary is $185K and looking for something in that range and <50 hours/week. I hope that's realistic. Any advice on what to look for/how to go about it? I am just starting this journey. For context, I am post-MBA and used to work in deal sourcing/negotiations for an IB (didn't do modeling).

Please suggest which will be better for the long term for Testing(Automation/Manual)

I have enough work experience in network security to match 60-70% of job requirements for infosec positions.
