Has anyone been successful in negotiating the schedule on a global pregnancy bill? My provider won't bill by visit and split the global cost into four payments all due by the 28th week. I don't understand how that's legal since it is so off the calendar of services and crosses calendar years (and insurance coverage), where most costs are incurred at the end of pregnancy with increased visit frequency and delivery.

Congrats everyone! This week was terrible with omicron, schools closed, backlogged work from the holidays, general malaise from two years of a pandemic, etc. It might have been the most difficult week of my career so far. But, we made it. Kudos to everyone. Here’s hoping that next week is better.

I’m scared I’ll end up being alone. I’ve truly enjoyed being single all this time but as time passes by, I keep thinking to myself that something must be wrong with me that I’m not in a relationship.
