Renting a car in Europe... does CSR include insurance on these purchases? If have auto insurance in the states do I still have to purchase additional coverage?

credit card advice: for the CSR, many talk about how much spending I would have to do to cover the annual fee so that it’s “worth it”. I spend just enough to cover the annual rate, and this year I won’t meet it because of COVID. Is it still a good card?

Today I bought a black Tudor BB58 today from AD on the NATO only to take advantage of the $500 chase sapphire reserve deal expiring 12/31/20 I rly wanted the bracelet but this is all they had. Honestly Id probably buy and use it more on rubber strap but felt like I should have bracelet to be complete set. Should I sell it now at cost and wait for one on a bracelet to be available or keep and try and find a used bracelet for cheap ($850 retail just for bracelet)?

My CSR just renewed earlier this month. Last year my first $300 of travel expenses was deducted off my credit card (including Uber’s) but that does not appear to be happening even though I just renewed. What gives?
