REO won’t even respond to an offer for 10-14 business days. Is that normal? There’s been 5 total offers (all declined) since listing, it’s been on the market since Nov 1, and has dropped in price twice from $170K to $160K to now $150K. I also looked at the Showing schedule and there aren’t any other showings currently on the book

Anyone else having trouble focusing today? Every time I have a long break and come back to the office I’m reminded how much I don’t like my current job. ID Associate and I have such a hard time concentrating even after a week off. I find it mind-numbing and unfulfilling. I’m never excited to come to work anymore for the past few months now. Just found out from a legal recruiter that I’m also way underpaid here. Hopeful I’ll get a job in a diff area of law or find another calling altogether.

Higher offers at 27-28 with more fixed pay is from contract and hire/fire type companies. Mostly indirect hiring instead of direct employment with the final employer, means higher pay with lower jon security - we get little more pay, companies get the option to let go with ease later!
