How much does EY pay to ISB graduates?
Hello, what is working in retail banking like at JPMorgan Chase ? Specially the branch manager role. I’m looking in the Columbus area. How is pay, culture, benefits, sales environment, meetings, etc. How easy is it to transition from retail banking to corporate. I hear the Polaris campus has great opportunities, I was thinking about getting my foot in the door through retail then transferring to corporate ?

I was stuck in the mindset at my last agency that I had too good of a work life balance to leave after having my first. I realized how wrong I was. You can have that somewhere else, too! Just make sure you screen potential employers for WL balance to find the right fit. Go for it! And good luck!
I generally always leave by 5. This is valuable while I have a young baby. Been thinking maybe I should push to become senior over next couple years and then try to move to maximize my pay increase. But maybe it’s easier to move as a mid level? Don’t want to get stuck. Like where I work but need to start making more, and the work isn’t always very cool. Of course in two more years I could be looking to have another baby I guess, andbe back in the same spot? 🤦♀️
Start looking for a job now because it may take you a while to find the balance you want. My agency is amazing at balance but terrible at pay. However I’ve been looking for 6+ months and haven’t found anywhere willing to meet me halfway. I even had an offer all but rescinded when I asked for flexibility
Good points. Doesn’t hurt to just start looking now.
