Rofl: PwC global A&D leader trying to butter up United via LinkedIn comments section. As if papering over the Dr Dao accident is going to get them more work.
Also, lol United Airlines for promoting how “good leads the way” at a time when their East coast system is melting and the customer service provided is not even “acceptable”

Give the man Global Services

Doesn't this violate some sort of independence policy?

Generally consultants are discouraged from commenting publicly on any publicly traded company.
cringe to bring up dr dao when it’s common knowledge that it was caused by the actions of a regional contractor airline, NOT united itself. a regional airline that contracts with all of the major carriers btw
LOL yes, because United is responsible for the decisions of every subcontractor it works with? Put another way, if BCG accidentally fucked something up for a client, is it then unilaterally that client’s fault for what happened? Obviously BCG would assume some liability in that case
@PM1 - yes, the buck stops with United, after the fact. However, the people who actually fucked up in the moment are NOT united. There’s a difference between the responsible party (united) and the party at blame (republic)
Also, the point is that this could’ve happened on any major carrier’s plane. To say that this is somehow unique to united is disingenuous because that same set of events could have happened on delta or american

OP why are you creeping on 2 week old posts on LinkedIn
Oh yeah. United promoted the post.
