Salary POV: I recently accepted a position at Oracle Consulting USA (Cloud ERP practice) in their delivery organization as a Director Cloud ERP. I accepted the Salary of $195K and a quarterly bonus of 35%. The hiring manager told me that realistically people get around 10 to 20%. I have 20+ years of experience in EBS, Cloud ERP as an SME as well as PM roles. My question is did I settle for less? Should I have negotiated better? Any inputs from people in similar roles at Oracle or ex-Oracle?
