Hi Fishes, I recently resigned on 23rd from TCS. I got some amount credited to my account today (around 28k) and it looks like it is just this month's salary. I have around 30 earned leaves and I was working in Night shift. I also checked alumni portal and there's no FFS document. So I just wanted to know, will I get the FFS amount later or was this my FFS amount ?

What was your position when you left oracle and what was your salary then ?
I think $195k is average for that level at Oracle. The bonus is going to be hit and miss, probably more miss. RSUs tend to be more lucrative than the piddly-ass cash bonus (literally $5k is normal, if they even have a bonus that year). You should be getting 1,500-2,500 RSUs per year. I know someone at VP level promised 3,000 RSUs per year when hired and only received 1,500 two years in a row. They finally had to threaten legal action to be made whole.
That base is very low compared to big 4. I’m looking at coming into D and ACC with a base of 220-230 (bonus if around 15%) at high manager/senior manager levels respectively. Currently deliberating the offers.
