I practice LGL. I plan on setting a meeting with my boss to discuss salary. I am coming up on a year in a couple months. I’m prepping for the meeting now. I want to put together a list of my duties, assignments, “wins,” etc. My plan is to have all of this on paper so that he will have a reference point and he can walk away from our meeting with all of the info I would like him to consider. I have been selected into ZS for the BTAC role under CCM(Customer-Centric Marketing). My YOE is 3.8 in Cognizant, and the domain is ETL, DW, cloud(AWS).

My question is, ZS is giving a great package compared to what I have in Cognizant (Above 100% hike), and Cognizant is ready to retain me by giving somewhere 50%-60% hike. Will ZS be a good choice for me to switch? In terms of growth, technologies, work, pay. Or should I accept what cognizant is giving and get retained?

About rolling off my project with no new project opportunity yet.
