What is ideal package for a project manager with 7+ years of experience in IT firm

I’ve worked at my new job for 3 months & already feeling burned out and unmotivated for one client. I’ve had talks with my boss and the account manager about some improvements and such. But thinking about looking around? Thought? Too soon? Should I wait it out?

Follow up post to my last post…My husband was laid off from the company where I also work. I am feeling really isolated / depressed about working and moving forward. I’m also getting to a stage where I’m really sad that people haven’t reached out to either my husband or myself to send well wishes or provide support. It’s like they don’t know what to say or I make them feel awkward so they don’t bother…I’m trying to focus on a few that have been supportive but it’s hard…Any words of advice? 😞

I am the only developer in my team and my manager has assigned me a project in which I need to create a tool from scratch although that is currently running in production build by third party and we don't have access to that code.

I am on notice period and I am 100% sure that project won't be completed before my LWD.
