Saw a post here earlier about someone getting through their final interview with Guidehouse only to have them lower the offer salary significantly from what was initially discussed. Don’t have enough points to message directly, but does anyone else know anything about this? I have an interview coming up with them for the same role and now I’m wondering if it’s even worth it.

I rented a house that had been vacant for a bit & the prior tenant didn’t do a thorough job cleaning up. Agent indicated the owner would be open to having the house cleaned but I would need to have the house professionally cleaned when I moved out (that was fine w me). I just received the bill from the owner for $250, which is super annoying bc there was no expectation communicated that I would foot the bill for this, more so bc the cleaner did a LOUSY job.
