Cg has offered to match upto 23.5 lakhs.. Is it worth moving to TCS on this grade? My primary reason for moving out of Cg is i m bored of beauocracy and WLB at current project. Is it a good idea to still switch with the counter offer from Cg Capgemini Tata Consu

Accept the offer. You need not join if you get into mck and want to join there. Even if you join KPMG you can quit to join McK. May hay while the sun shines. Your SC cycle will get reset to year 1 though if you join KPMG.
Just call up the recruiter and thank him/her for the offer, say you're thrilled (36% is great!) and tell them that it's a big decision and that you need a little more time to think it over. Next, you call the McKinsey recruiter, tell them you have an exploding offer on the table and need their help to expedite the process at McK (coz, let's face it McK >> K). Tell them your first choice is McK all else being equal and DO NOT say anything more (Who, How Much, etc). Good luck and let me know how it all goes!
Yeah take it and bounce again if you need to
Take it you can move again I suppose?
What is this 21 fucking questions
If you're not bouncing every 2-4 years you fucking up
Same level for KPMG? If so, I'd be inclined to take that
To the other comments, I disagree with changing twice in a couple months. Feels dishonest.

D2 is too much. Try to move things smoothly without too much noise. Everyone knows when someone lies.
Ha. Can't argue with that AC1. Not a bad spot to be, but also is quite stressful. Not to mention the thought of leaving PwC and the reaction my current colleagues / friends will have.
You should post a burner so we could do practice cases for M if you take the interview.
Its the same shit as senior associate @p3...
I'd take that in a heartbeat, good luck
Don't leave PwC. Discuss your situation with those who coach you.
Ask for an extension... otherwise, maybe one of our McK friends can give the percent of round 1 phone interviews that end up with an offer. Deloitte's is 5%-ish
Yes, same staff level. OK, that's what I've been leaning towards. I'll just feel like an asshole for ditching KPMG before I event start if it works out with McKinsey. I don't think I can get an offer extension any farther than Friday, but I can push out start date.
Seems like a lot of problems everyone would want -_-
How'd you land the McK interview? Are you post MBA.
LinkedIn recruiter reached out to me. They hired a firm looking to recruit in a specific focus area. Just undergrad.
