Seeking Insights for SDET Role at Nutanix

Hi everyone,
I recently received a HackerRank link for the first round of the SDET role at Nutanix and would love some insights on the interview process. How many rounds are there, and what should I expect in each? Also, any tips on preparing for coding (DS & Algos), automation tools like Selenium would be helpful. With 2 years of experience and a career break since August 2024, what salary range can I expect, and how should I approach negotiation?

Do T2 consulting firms (think Kearney, OW) and MBB hire experienced professionals WITHOUT MBA (I.e., is a prestigious MBA mandatory in the region?). I already have a post-MBA position

Recently accepted a temp role as an HR admin for a former employer. Previously interned there & left because my supervisor did not have any growth opportunities planned out for me; this was in spite of my stellar performance, as reflected in my 90 day review. She has since left the company, but there’s crazy turnover in the company & in the HR department in particular. Just that an HR coordinator resigned. Also, I negotiated current salary when the offer came 5 months ago now, not taking into account high increases in inflation. Do salaries get adjusted for inflation? And if so, when?
