Hello everyone, I'm fairly new to all of this, and I'm looking to get a little experience in the industry. Any suggestions on where to look to find some remote work?
Project got put on hold, and now after a week of wfh downtime I'm realizing how absolutely burned out I am - having panic attacks at the idea of being put on another project. Dont known what to do.
Anyone from EY WFH outside the US? Thinking of doing it for a few days, but not sure if I should tell my team since firm policy states we must be in the country.

Insight into Kirkland M&A (Chicago)? Heard they were allowing permanent WFH, anyone hear this? What are *real* hours requirements (I.e, what kind of hours are associates really pulling)? How are associates treated?
Anyone understand how the DTAA come into play with working remote from India for an extended period of time? I believe you cannot work for more than <> no. of days without triggering a corporate tax obligation due to ‘permanent establishment exposure’. Trying to fill in how many days that is AND whether this applies in reality or not.
Sorry if this is the wrong place for this, but does anyone have an eating disorder and find this way of life incredibly triggering? I was doing so much better when I was remote and local, and now that I'm always traveling, I'm not doing so hot.

Feeling that people are optimistic that pandemic will end around the summer. I have been working from home since pandemic and really don’t want to go back to office ...wanted to do a survey here. What is your firm’s policy on remote working after pandemic?

Kudos to BBDO for their suuuper fun app letting staff brand home offices as “BBDO branches”...AFTER BEING LIKE THE LAST AGENCY TO ADOPT WFH & MAKING EMPLOYEES COME IN WELL AFTER IT WAS CLEARLY UNSAFE
WFH + short week = 🙌🍺🙏🍻👍
In the past two weeks my work has picked up 10x what it was previously. Now I’m working 70+ hr weeks and often my projects are submitted nearly before deadline since I’m shuffling multiple at once. My team is understaffed and there’s no plan to hire people due to COVID-19. How do you manage to tackle the day instead of let it tackle you? I feel like no one knows how much I’m suffering since I’m WFH’ing and try to relay positive emotions over FaceTime or messages.
Anyone use a CPA for taxes who is good and can help me remote? I have couple of states, wife is single state and owns a corporation on Amazon. Thanks for any suggestions 🙏
I’m sore. BF and I WFH all last week and let’s just say coffee breaks got on the wild side. Let’s see what this week holds..
Any tips for navigating client office politics? I’m working on a process improvement project involving multiple teams and one team feels threatened that my client team is taking work from them (and that their jobs will be in jeopardy as a consequence), and they are slowing down progress which prevents me from doing my job. Client execs are aware but have their hands tied. What’s the best way around this?
I graduated in May 2020 and found myself excepting a Junior Art Director position in Healthcare. I never saw myself in health but with many agencies having hiring freezes I decided to get some experience and save up some money in the meantime. Fast forward one year; I’ve added a new campaign to my website and I’m starting to apply to consumer agencies again. Any tips to help me make the transition? Any place to avoid? Who have you noticed is hiring again? Thanks in advance :)

Hey folks, I’m about a year into my new SE career and looking to continue to invest in professional skills.
