Seeking salary advice. I'm currently working as a Officer Sales in my home district. My fixed salary (Basic + TA/DA) is around BDT 16,000/month, with an additional BDT 4,000–5,000 for achieving sales targets. In the last 6 months, I met my target in 3 months. Based on this experience, what would be a fair salary expectation for my next Officer Sales role?

Salary expectation is dependent on market reality. What does the competition pay for this role and performance ? Fairness is relative, unfortunately. What’s fair for you may not appear to be fair to your employer or your co-workers.
Try to get an understanding of what the market pays, for the performance and results you achieve, on a consistent basis.

I would compare salaries for similar roles in your area before negotiating. It is much easier to have that conversation when you have market data behind you.

I started in my first SDR position in a small SaaS start up few months ago. I am the only SDR and their first ever.
The base salary is ok but I haven’t received any commission structure up to this day.
I book an average of 3-5 demos per week. People always show up, but the thing that worries me is that I do not have a way to track how many meetings I book in our CRM,and to be honest I feel like I didn’t get the best training overall. Should I start looking somewhere else? Thoughts?

How diligent is Mintz background check. When it comes to education? My references, credit, criminal and work experiences will check out.
