We’ve been hiring at the SC level lately for people with a bit of experience. I saw some LinkedIn job postings on the OW page for SC level all over the Americas.
You should be able to specialize in another area if you don’t like FS. Going from Senior Analyst to SC is actually pretty rare (we usually bring people to C), so if you get in that would be awesome for you! Good luck!
I have 2.5 coming up on 3 years of exp so I think SC is fit. Also received an SC offer earlier this year for the OE group but turned it down. And thanks!
A big question for me is whether the jump is worth it - could use some help there.
Set to be promoted at ACN at EOY and the comp will be pretty similar to SC2 at OW.
How fast to Associate from SC2? Project type/length? Staffing process? Other perks? Etc
Don't forget to take time of hire into account. While most people spend 1 year as an SC if you are coming in middle of the year you will likely spend a year and a half till your first review cycle.
