Senior manager in tech consulting at Deloitte. Five years out from making partner. Would getting an executive MBA from a prestigious school actually help me move up to the leadership role?

I am looking into the CCP (Certified Compensation Professional). It seems to be quite an expensive exam.

My company says the s user id provided by them will get de-activated once I leave (in a week). I have not claimed the amount also. Is there any way I can transfer the certification to my personal email I'd so that I can write other exams in time left?

Tiger Analytics has started firing their new joineers(freshers) as they don't have adequate projects. I don't know where the freshers will go as they haven't done any project as such.
