Should I pursue UX-UI in 2024?
I got my bachelor's in Graphic Design, a Diploma in Interior Design, and I'm so in love with UX-UI. Plus I can't get a good job in Interior design industry as the market is not good right now for beginners.

I don't know how is the market right now for UX-UI and ( considering the horrible job market, the future of the UX-UI specially with the impact of AI etc.) I can't decide. I need your opinion on this. should I do it? if yes, Is it okay to go for a diploma?

Senior attorneys at v100, how common is it for attorneys who start at small firms to lateral to biglaw? Have you worked with any? How to make a leap from UI/UX into product design? What skills should a PD have? With 5 YOE and I still feel like a junior. I have a good eye for visual design, but I'm a bit scared of the business strategy, analytics and testing part. Where do I start to learn those skills? I know the basics of testing and conducting workshops, but I don't know how to develop those skills further. My company focuses on UI and I haven't been lucky to land a PD job. Hi Everyone! I’m an emerging UX Designer and would love some advise on how to pivot into this field. A little about me: I’ve always been creative and tech savvy - stemming from my beginnings as an IT major and ending with a BA & MA in Art History. I’ve had experience with usability studies and testing for the rollout of Salesforce in my company and have finished my Google UX certificate this past June. I come from a design-heavy background and have been guilty in the past of over-emphasizing aesthetics. What do you think is the proper balance with functionality? How do you think through this?

I’m building my first iOS app. I only have experience in material design. I’m looking for easy to comprehend specs around standard design elements: headers, chips, buttons, etc. The iOS UI support material is nearly impossible to understand. Any advice for the best place to find that info? I’ve tried survival kits that aren’t very consistent. I’d also be willing to buy a quality iOS kit. Thanks in advance for the help!
