Disney Streaming Services I completed my interview process with DSS early last week, and was reached out by recruiter that all rounds were strong hires, and they are extending an offer. We set a time to talk on Friday about the offer. However, the announcement of targeted hiring freeze happened on Friday. I was ghosted with no call. What should I expect now? Would I still have chance to be offered?
Can anyone at Amex share my resume in their team to directly start the rounds of interview? I have tried for referrals through linkedIn and did not recieve any call from the HR.

Highly doubt they would ask, but if they do just have a good answer as to why you might of rounded it up. GPA falls off the resume pretty quickly, at least for me
I’d round to the nearest integer.
4.0, it is. 👍
Pro
I would put 3.57
That would be viewed accurately as a 3.57
3.57 or 3.6/4 is fine, don't put 3.60
Just put your actual GPA. The 4.0 not necessary since that's the standard base for most GPAs (you would usually call it out if you were on a non-standard scale).

Sig figs, man…

Put the honest number. Anywhere asking for your GPA is likely to also ask for your official transcripts for a background check if you get an offer. Do you want to risk losing an offer because you lied about your GPA?
Overthinking a little. It’s fine. And it won’t matter
Okay good to know it won’t matter.
3.6/4.0 would probably cover you the best and you could clarify the precise figure if they ask, but tbh it doesn’t seem prudent to try and ego a hiring manager over 0.03 gpa points…
I would not round, people know gpa's are generally given with 2 decimal points.
3.57 could round to 3.6, not 3.60 sure, but then if you are going to round from 3.57 to 3.6, then why not round all the way to 4?
Rounding is generally okay, except when it isn't
As tho you have a 3.57 gpa. You are more than a number, that said if for some reason a team or recruiter has a strict 3.60 requirement, well I'd be either looking for a better company or quickly finding the easy A night class or two
Don’t round. Let your interviewers do that. You don’t wanna run the risk of being perceived as lying.

Intern (from IU Kelley) you post 3x a day about this. Leave the GPA alone. One more semester of even a 4.0 isn't going to move the needle.
Focus on casing, finding unique extracurricular ops, and meeting alums at the firms you want to work at. Anything to build a story of who you are as a person and what your skillset might be.
At this point, you'll distinguish yourself based on your real, human traits - not a number on a piece of paper.

I had your exact GPA in college when I graduated (2 yrs ago) and I put 3.6. It’s really not a big deal. Don’t put 3.60 tho
Absolutely 3.6 is fine
Pro
3.6 is fine
3.6 or 3.57, but not 3.60
I have a 3.92 - what do my consulting 🐠 recommend?
What’s your major GPA? Are you not expecting an offer from your internship already?
4.0, no it’s only my sophomore summer internship so hoping to re recruit for summer 2025 and then get full time when I graduate.
3.57 result is acceptable here. Round figure results are not accepted.
