It sounds like you have two great options, and it can be tough to decide which one is right for you. I think you have to take into consideration your lifestyle, your values, your career goals, your financial situation, your family and friends, as well as your gut instinct. Make a pros and cons list, that always helps me decide. Good luck!

Besides the fact that one is guaranteed and the other is not, I think in this economy/job market, I would take the job that offers better pay and benefits. It sounds more secure and like it could lead to better options down the line. Can you keep the non-profit on the line while you find out if you get the logistics job? That way you have a fall-back with the non-profit
It’s possible I could do that. The nonprofit is a contract position, and the other is a direct hire. I was wondering if that would be a jerk move or not, and whether that would burn my bridges with the temp company or not. So I’m waffling a bit.
