JPMorgan Chase recently introduced a policy change to increase the notice period to 60 days. I'm a 602 and resigned recently and yet my LWD is showing up as 30 days from now. Anyone recently resigned can confirm if they are facing the same or new policy is in effect. This is causing confusion with the next companies I'm interviewing with.
Anyone up for chat😔😔 Feeling low...

When my wife starts venting about something, first thing I ask is “do you want comfort or solutions?” If it’s comfort, I just listen and give her space to let it out without trying to fix it, but if it’s solutions she’s looking for, then I do my best to give my advice.
Can’t remember where I heard this, but this is the best advice I’ve ever taken.
It’s def a hard habit to break when your natural instinct is to fix, but yeah, you have to learn that sometimes all she needs is a little emotional support and a listening ear.
My husband is a rock star. I had a difficult pregnancy and horrific PPA after our child was born and he took care of me and our baby. I had the opportunity to “repay” him when his family member passed away and he had to have surgery shortly thereafter. I think the best part of our marriage is that we both know we can depend on each other. There is a lot of trust there.
Same! My husband is a true gem. He’s so incredibly supportive, something I didn’t have in my first marriage. He takes a non- judgmental approach in life, takes time to understand ppl and situations, and can stay calm in a storm. We definitely gel 😊
This is why wives outlive their husbands
That’s just to make it taste good
