I would say nip that in the bud THIS WEEK. It will be hard but next time she goes to hand you HER WORK, tell her “No, I’ve got my own work to finish up, can’t do it”. And walk away. You are making a statement, not having a discussion. This way you are starting with her and not management. And don’t take the paperwork. . Walk away. If she continues to harass you to do her work then go to management. If she is punching out early keep track of the days so you can show management that she is blatant about it and they can check the time clock. She sounds a little crazy. Keep your distance. And just remember NO ONE at work is your friend. Keep it pleasant, but keep your personal life to yourself. Good luck!!!!
I am sorry to hear that. I have never experienced that at any of the places I have worked. I wouldn't like that AT all.
No it’s not normal . We are all in the place for the same reason ; yo give our best to those we serve and to aide each other in this endeavor

Don’t take it! Stand up for yourself!
Have you let your manager know? It's possible that they're allowed to get away with this behavior because nobody has said anything. I'd want my team to let me know about this if it was happening behind my back.
She is playing the political game well.
I used to work with a nurse like that! Was so happy when management found out about her and she quit! Good ridding!!
