Hi Everyone !!!
This June I completed my 9 months at Career Level 12 and Sub Level 3 I.e, CL 12.3 at Accenture Operations. My Annual Talent Discussion and One-on-One with People Lead is complete as of last week.
I have 3 questions now :
1. When can I expect to move to 12.2 ?
2. What is the general hike I can expect ? And when it is reflected ?
3. When will be the variable pay will be paid out ?
Can anyone here help me with this performance cycle part ? I am really confused.

I’m currently working in Citi as an AVP in Mumbai for the past 9 months.. due to personal reasons I wanted to move back to Pune (I have worked in Pune for last 8 years before coming to Citi) so I landed up with an offer from HSBC into Wholesale IT (GCB5).
My current Fixed CTC in Citi is 26.5 excluding PF and Retrials and HSBC IT has offered me 30.5 for the same and said they cannot increase further as am moving jobs in after 9 months which is too early..

Have I been low balled?
Hello All, I have offer in hand of 27.5 LPA+15% variable from ZS Associates as a BT Solutions delivery consultant and now my current company is ready to retain me by matching the offer & assuring that they will send me onsite to UK in couple of months. Now I am in a dilemma of what to do as I have been looking for onsite opportunities for my entire career so far. Kindly share your thoughts. Need to be with the firm for at least one year before promotion for that bonus
I remember reading that the only people who would receive the manager milestone bonus were people hired as new hires. Experienced hires were not eligible. That said, this was a couple of years ago when I read that, so I’d reach out to HR to clarify.
I was hired senior and got half of it, by the way
The policy changed last year or the year before. It used to be that you’d get a haircut (10%) but think that may have gone away now.
This is policy as of last year so would be applicable to OP
Oh mine - you guys rock! The deck is definitely applied to me! 👍 I did grow with the firm for 2.5 years so 10% in my case.
read the policy. you can get half of it, but there are more details you need to know and will only find there
I thought they stopped that practice last year.
they announced they were going to stop. But discreetly removed where they mentioned this and updated their policy talking about 2020/21 payments
