I’ve worked at AT&T as a sales consultant for 6 years and 8 months where we prospect, uncover, and close on leads. I’ve used Salesforce for the past 4 years during my tenure. I’ve done B2B sales where I’ve received awards for it for 2 years consecutively. Loads of troubleshooting, uncovering needs through consultative styled selling, and tech app subscriptions.
I was wondering if I have the necessary skills to transition into a tech sales role. If so, what would be the best role/fit for me?Amazon Salesforce Google @

I try to think of counsel like that as a nuisance that has to be tolerated for the client’s benefit, nothing more.
100%
Best way to handle unprofessional opposing counsel, notice your own client's deposition as a video deposition. Tell the videographer to zoom out to include opposing counsel.
Most crumble when they know you have a video to give the Magistrate Judge.
I’ve had to do that a few times. Works beautifully.
It has become an epidemic. The simple courtesy of a return phone call, the vitriol about other counsel. Heck, one local guy has threatened to fight at least 3 different lawyers in the parking lot in the last 18 months. One even slammed the door on a witness leaving a deposition causing a small injury.
Clients and courts have become immensely demanding, ratcheting up the stress, more people in the law are poor at stress management, and the proliferation of faux law shows all contribute to an unpleasant atmosphere.
Unfortunately, you can't avoid dealing with jerks in this job. But I've told some that they cannot call, they cannot e-mail, they can mail or fax only.
You don’t.
I think that’s the only answer. I can’t believe people feel entitled to act like spoiled children.
