If you invest ur HSA funds into stocks, do they get taxed upon selling? I know they grow tax free. But if I sell them and not make any withdrawals, wud I be taxed?

Noob question on selling puts- I just sold a weekly put that I WANT to get assigned. For FAR, what do most people think is a realistic number of modules to get through per day/week while working full time. For me, the hour lectures generally take up to 2-3 weekdays to get through lecture, MCQ, Skills, and Sims. By the time the weekend comes, I’m exhausted and need a break, but this seems too slow.

I started trading during Covid crash. Started with equities and eventually moved to options. Earlier lost a month's salary and then lot more trying to recover it. Currently have lost my yearly salary worth and it's affecting all aspects of my life (job, marriage, health). I have tried to convince myself to consider it a loss but always get back trying to recover it.
