I want to build my career in analytics. I have offer from EY India, EXL and LatentView Analytics.
EY is more on the side of project management and process improvement in SaaS, as told. While there is hands-on in other two.

Does "nope" mean that you do not have the data? Then how do firms come up with these billable requirements?!
Mid-size firm, mostly insurance work. Minimum is 1900. Most associates land right around there. 220 a month is insanity.
I think you’re right that it’s not very unusual to have such high billable requirements. I think you’re also right they are getting very low rates from carriers and are also going to need to hire attorneys at very low salaries to make any money. I’d love to say it isn’t sustainable but it probably is for the few senior partners making any money. You’ll have lots of turnover on the junior end as people will leave the second they can get more money. Not the kind of model I’d like to be involved in, just a big red flag for me.
220 a month is maybe attainable if you can block bill and bill for communication with colleagues. Otherwise that is insane and a health hazard.
