I had final techno manager round which was completed on 30 Mar, and after ugadi holiday, on 6th I have received the positive feedback and confirmation mail and asked to share the payslips and relevant documents. Still waiting for the offer letter. Called HR on 20th April for the updates, she told she is working on my offer and it will release soon. Any ideas on this fishes?Cerner Corporation

JPMorgan Chase recently introduced a policy change to increase the notice period to 60 days. I'm a 602 and resigned recently and yet my LWD is showing up as 30 days from now. Anyone recently resigned can confirm if they are facing the same or new policy is in effect. This is causing confusion with the next companies I'm interviewing with.

Welcome to PDM - Permanent Dinged Model 🤪
Something to keep in mind — when they raised the utilization from 90% to 93%, they did it based off the commercial expectation of 45 hour weeks. If you are on a project that caps hours at 40 (which is most GPS projects), your PM really should be notating that in your year end so it is taken into account that you can’t reach 93% reasonably. If you’re reaching 90% you should be fine and if you are only slightly below that but a high performer, it shouldn’t effect you. Unless you are super low on until they don’t care much when you are performing.
Also if you are on a project capped at 40 hours, take advantage of any OT opportunities given (if given). I very much prefer working a few 42 hour weeks when the opportunity arrises and using all my PTO without worrying.
