Can someone give me some advice on how to get into project management at tech company auditing. As an auditor my strengths are more management and organization inclined than technical accounting tbh I’m more of the person who would be a managing partner and not a technical partner so I feel like I have the qualities just want to know what certs etc to take.

I graduated in May of 22. I transitioned from being an intern to being a full time counselor, now for 6 months. Got an offer from Kantar Consulting to work on their retail/cpg product.
Currently working with IBM with 10+ yoe having joined IBM 10 months back. Currently at 25 lpa and getting an offer of 32 fixed+15% variable.

Now my question is - Is it worth the gamble to leave IBM and join Kantar consulting which btw is known for market research and not consulting.
