Is Operations paid the least at your respective firms? I was hired to a Client Service Delivery role with a heavy focus on project management. I was married for 3 years & she left 1 day bc she realized that she was no longer “happy”. A week later, I caught her in a parking lot w/ her coworker & finalized the divorce.
