SOX Consulting to Investor Relations or FP&A a good move? Can't see myself doing SOX the rest of my life

I’ve been a mid-level manager (Sr Operations Manager) for the last three years. Been in my industry for 10 years. I feel I have plateaued in my career path. I’m trying to promote to a Director of Operations role in house and looking at outside opportunities as well. I feel like it’s taken longer to obtain this position than my previous roles. Any advice from Sr/Exec Management to be more self aware and fill in the holes to finally hit the finish line?

It feels like my pay and title are lower than my scope of duties. I manage Youtube channels and do all strategy, planning, talent management, rework content for socials, reporting, graphic design, + a bunch of other stuff. Do you think I should be something like Video Content Manager? A Strategist maybe? My company doesn't have career pathing & I think they'd be happy to keep giving me more work with the same pay. I work at an MSP (Managed Service Provider) meaning we are the IT services for many other companies.
