Current CTC: 17.5 LPA
Total YOE: 11 years
Relevant exp in big data: 6 yrs
Relevant exp in Azure: 2+ yrs
Got offer from Atos of 26.4 LPA. Is this a good offer? or Shall I search other job at 30+ LPA?

What should be the naming convention of design for a person with this experience?
Analyst or Associate or Senior Analyst or Senior Associate?

Accenture India Lately there are so many hr openings with Accenture in almost all portals naukri, indeed, monster, linked in etc but there is not a single response infact I have the cc number wherein status is reflecting as hr will contact you ..but I have not received any revert, tried emailing the hr through a reference got an auto email stating out of office nd shared his contact number to connect, when tried calling hr,he was annoyed but I guess he forgot that he himself has shared the number. @P1 no idea yet. The firm doesn't really work with you (at least in my group) to find a position overseas. I had some contacts with the US firm passing on my resume but nothing has come through. Also did some cold calling, which is surprisingly the most effective way so far.
Where u headed to OP? Did they give you options to pursue in other countries ?

Sorry op.i have friends in singapore and india I can pass on resumes too if you are interested .i would have added UK too but I don't think there's a great situation there .or try Canada . Canada is easier on pr for sure if you can find a contact there

Well I don't know if working here counts but in general the Canada pr process is much easier .i believe they have some sort of points system and hey am sure the US experience helps it .
Thank you EY1! Do you have a burner I that I can send my resume to? Yeah I believe firms in UK are probably on a hiring freeze while trying to figure out the impact of Brexit. I've looked into Canada but it's all need based. If there's no suitable position, I doubt I could get them create a headcount for me (as an associate with one year experience)
@P1 I just feel like I'm forced to go back to school... I mean I understand it provides a workaround for me to stay here.
I would try OW in Singapore if you're headed to Asia, and especially if you're in FS. We have a HK office as well. Always looking for Mandarin speakers!
