Virtual only. I wouldn’t want to work for a firm that makes me come in for an interview in person under current circumstances. I would question the firm’s judgment and care for others’ safety.

It’s firmwide regardless of location

V30 firm here. All virtual.
Thank you!!
V20 NYC. All virtual.
Thanks!
We were asked whether we’d be willing to do in person or virtual callbacks. I picked the “only virtual” option. My region is in the red (and many think COVID doesn’t exist or just isn’t a big deal), the office doesn’t require masks, and I have a kid at home that’s too young to get vaccinated. No way am I hanging in a small conference room with a bunch of people, particularly since the new variants are widespread here.
Thank you!
Judging by the number of young people in suits I've been seeing, we're doing in person callbacks.
Don’t give them a choice. That’s not a choice. Make the call.
Virtual screening and callback interviews. But we are doing in-person second look meetings if the candidate has an offer and asks for an in-person visit.
Also, I forgot to mention that I actually did a virtual interview with a candidate that had breakthrough Covid. It’s crazy out there. There’s no way I’m doing any of these in-person!
We are doing our call backs via zoom. Amlaw 100
Not to hijack post, but how many interviews are you all doing and how long in between? Immediate offers at last interview if the candidate doesn’t bomb it?
