I interviewed with a company 3months ago and they just got back for a second round. How do I go about mentioning I got promoted and got a pay raise? Is it worth mentioning, the role I am interviewing for is not in the same industry

Accounting advisory big4 or IA at F100. Both senior roles. Roughly same base pay.

Big4 has clear trajectory and interesting work.

F100 has 14% bonus, perm remote, and immediate vesting 401k over 7%.

I'm the hiring mgr for designers in my org. I recently discovered pay band information given to me by the HR generalist I'm working with on hiring was outdated and updated bands had been released over the summer (prior to my hire date). The outdated information had led me to believe a prime candidate was out of range. Aside from incompetence, can anyone think of a reason why HR might have withheld information about the pay bands? I assume mgrs see the full monty when it comes to pay...right?

Really confused as to whether to incorporate my NY- based makeup startup as an LLC or an S-corp? Not based in NYC if that matters and no revenue yet.
