Hi!!
Would anyone be willing to refer me for positions at Syneos Health , IQVIA , Medpace, or similar CRO?
I am currently within the CRO industry in a very well-connected HR role within my organization, and I single-handedly spearhead some of the most innovative HR programs for our entire organization. I am looking for new opportunities for growth :)

- Leave as much gear at home as possible. Buy/borrow crib/stroller/car seat at destination.
- Invest in heavy bags for any gear you do bring and curb check them. Don’t drag anything through security unless you bought a seat for the nugget
- Front pack through airport and submit for hand swabs.
- Every airline has some form of family preboard. UA/AA tend to only announce it if you’re standing by the front. This time only: be the gate lice. Take your time.
- Time takeoff for nap time. Do bottle during taxi/takeoff then front pack nap.
- Leave kid on home time zone. They don’t need to know you’re somewhere else.
- Extra burp cloths and clothes. Even if they’ve never spit up or blown out... they will.
- Don’t be afraid to walk with them and bounce them in the aisle as long as the seatbelt light is off.
- FA can give you blazing hot tap water from the coffee machine to warm bottle. Bring a big cup to immerse it, if needed.
- Don’t worry about everyone else. Babies cry. We all get it. 99% of the looks I get are sympathy, compassion, admiration, not anger.
You’ll be great. My 4.5 year has done 65 flights, 2.5 year 35, and the new addition will get his first crack in a few weeks.
Nothing to apologize for - everybody’s gotta fly. Bottle/nurse for take off and landing. If nursing get an inflatable nursing pillow - super handy. Pacifier is another good option. Depending on length of trip don’t bother with adjusting for time change - kids that age don’t care what time it is. Might mine early nights and early morning for you, but IMO its best to not throw your little ones sleeping outta whack
Wow thanks a lot! Really appreciate it!
After ~20 flights over the last two years IDGAF any more what others think. Do what you gotta do. Just use common sense. Don’t change diapers in public / tray, clean up spills etc...
Also helps TSA if you put all baby liquids in one bag and put it out (no real size restrictions) so they don’t go diaper bag hunting.
Look out for pumping rooms if required.
I just took my 2 months in an international trip and these are your must: a bottle ready to use with breast milk or formula, a pacifier, and diapers.
