The job market feels very different from a few years ago. From what I have observed, ancillary and support focused roles seem to have been impacted more heavily, while strong engineering positions still exist for candidates with the right skills and experience. The challenge is that competition remains high, remote opportunities are fewer, and compensation expectations have shifted in some areas. How has the current market changed your approach to job hunting?

Is there a place where I can determine what a realistic salary for my exp? I don’t want to be unrealistic when negotiating but also don’t want to low ball myself
