Hi Fishes, Sometime back I was interviewed for Technical Support Job role in my domain. T1 went well. T2, in my understanding was better only (not great like T1 but not blunder. I felt it was nice and i replied majority of questions). They released the feedback after 10 days with "Not Positive". I am not totally sure with feedback as I replied majority of questions correct. I am being bit curious with "Microsoft" tag. What can be the reason?
Discussion appreciated.

Hello!
I finished my final round(s) for a TAM position at Google (GCP) last week and was told by my recruiter that my feedback was great and that I made a solid impression on the team and am "firmly in the running". I was supposed to hear back this week (according to the recruiter) but he just told me that it's still in the process and that I'll have to wait for another week or so.
Is this common at Google ? I have heard they are notorious for being really slow with their hiring process.

Depends on the team you’re recruiting for. Mine is hiring ~35 people so callbacks are much slower than when we were hiring 10.
I would think maybe 2-3 weeks?
2 years ago I was referred to Accenture and it was a quick process (1 week for a recruiter to reach out). I’m currently interviewing with KPMG and it took forever for me to hear from a recruiter after being referred.
I was referred to Deloitte, EY, PWC and Accenture. Deloitte and PWC reached out within 2 business days. EY took 3 weeks. Accenture never reached out and it has been a month
