Therapy modalities like CPT, EMDR, or maybe others I haven’t heard of, has anything helped you with PTSD, depression, or anxiety?

My utilization went to 50 in IBM, I think I have taken paternal leave since it went down. My manager put my as PIP improvement goal in checkpoint.

First off - thanks for any help!

After doing freelance for the last two years, I’ve decided to go back to the corporate world. I’ve been applying a ton of places but keep getting turned down immediately - not even a first interview and I can’t figure out why.

I feel like I have a lot of good accolades as far as awards, a graduate certificate program board I’m on, really good stats from my previous work, etc.

First time working as a senior and Manager doesn’t review or have time for many questions. Deff trying my best but very hard to be efficient when it’s takes time for me to understand everything (planning). anybody in the same situation?

This is twice now in back to back weeks my boss has asked me where the disconnect was in our communications because I didn’t deliver on what “was asked”, even though I know damn well what was asked and what was done were the same thing. I’m not sure if he’s changing the meaning or isn’t communicating what he’s envisioning or what but it’s embarrassing to be called out like that, and to have people think you’re the dumb 23 year old.

I see a lot of people who have crippling anxiety here work out to feel better. My crippling anxiety kind of paralysis my legs (or at least feels like it to the point that I can’t even walk). Does anyone have similar symptoms and solution for it?
I am in therapy right now but just wanted to hear from someone who is also going through it

How have you combated your fear of rejection? I fixate on such small things as when my friends, for example, reject plans I have made. This definitely makes me more averse to putting myself out there and makes me ruminate on past perceived failures, which are clearly not good for personal growth

My mood has been fluctuating so much lately. Finally hit my breaking point. Been nothing but irritable & pissed off these past few weeks. Coach asked me on Friday when I’ll be taking time off & I just broke down. I’m a top performer & a workhorse. I’ve put so much effort into making sure my team is okay I forgot about myself. Now I am buried in work, performance is dropping & I can’t stop crying randomly. I kept telling people I am drowning but no one was listening. Coach is leaning to tell everyone to backoff thankfully.

Abused and isolated as a kid. I have terrible memory. Like I don’t really remember the past few months except in broad strokes and memories of my childhood are more non existent than existent. I’m working through this with my therapist. Does anyone have any experience with emotional and memory repression? Curious on your advice
