Thinking about leaving PA then just learned about a huge salary bump days ago. Now I’m hesitated to leave. Also is it worth to stay in PA for another year for a “market pay” now?

I’m discussing a part-time orthopedic position that would include clinic and surgery in WA state, about 1 hour from seattle. 5 years experience. Anyone have experience with this? I’m looking for hourly rate expectations. I will be covered under their malpractice insurance, but no other benefits.

Hi everyone, I'm new to Canada and want to start my career here in the Financial and Banking industry. I have passed the CFA level 2 exam and was wondering if I have to complete the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) as most of the job postings here mention about it. I saw that if someone passes at least the CFA level 1 exam then the requirement of CSC is exempted. Can anyone enlighten me about this? As the CSC exam costs above 1000 CAD, I wanted to be sure if I need it before investing behind it.

I try to hide it from my boyfriend, but its impact is flowing into my personal life.

Based in the Bay Area and have 3.5 yr exp in IT Audit mostly SOX with a little SOC exp (ex big 4, couple of regionals) and have been applying to industry (mostly tech companies) since May. made it to final interviews only to find out hiring freezes were in effect or they went with a LCOL candidate.Would like to exit to a GRC role or a mixed role thats 50% sox, 50% varied projects, or a SOX role if the team culture is good. So coming up to my 3 years at UK KPMG Audit, and I got an offer from a food delivery tech company (think Ubereats, Deliveroo, Doordash etc) for a performance analyst type role which monitors/reports metrics for the Operations.

I'm interested in tech and thought this was a possible to foot in the door for future financial roles in tech.
