Thinking of changing my job from normal 9-5 tax to go the freelance or flexible wfh jobs. Any recommendations or words of advice?

I have 8 years of experience, working as UI developer (Angular)
Have 3 offers from Mindtree, Cognizant and Harman Connected services (7.5% variable). Mindtree is offering less as compared to other two.
Please suggest where should I join which would have better learning and work life balance as well

Hey everyone. I found out we are expecting our first child and I’m really nervous. I got into consulting one year ago and I’m up for promotion this year. With timing of our performance conversations I would have to inform I’m pregnant before outcomes - then shortly after the promotion effective date I would go on a leave for due date. I figure if anyone can understand this, it’s you all. I feel like I’m losing my damn mind. I have always loved communications, and I’m really good at it.
