My total experience is 5 in QA, I attended Deloitte interview. First round was technical and it went quite well, they asked lot of theory questions. I answered few and quite I was not sure of answers. She gave feedback like my communication and confidence level is good and project wise I'm having good knowledge and coming to concept wise it's not upto the mark for experience. I’m a woman in my mid 20s and constantly face situations where people outside of cyber (still within the company) that I’m dealing with (older men in particular) who always push back against my cyber/technical recommendations even with managers cc’d. Need your valuable insights. Having an YOE of 11 years and offered TechLead position with a CTC of 30 LPA (28.5 LPA Fixed) a month ago.

Though their WLB and culture seems good, I kept feeling that I am being lowballed which pushed me to give further interviews.

Received another offer for same role from another PBC for 35LPA (33 Fixed). Is it OK to ask the first company to revise the CTC (up to their best) where the DOJ is in 10 days?
