Leaders in PLT team are biased at its best
Once they have a disagreement with you, instead of resolving and acting like a mature person.
They would cut you out of everything new that you wanna learn and act like you don’t exist in this firm. They basically take out personal vendetta on you.
They would not even talk about the concerns we would have regarding job profile or anything
Someone should strongly advise them to change this behaviour.

Working for a senior who is beyond horrible. She talks to you like you’re stupid and makes it sound like you’re absolutely terrible at what you’re doing. She’s made 5 other associates cry during her 5 year career. Got someone fired and made another person quit. It’s known around the office that she can no longer have a female associate, because she talks down to females more than she does males. I came along and thought I could deal with it but she literally makes me want to not log on tomorrow.

I see for many people the designation has changed but for me it's not. I was under the impression that the promotion happens after the mid year discussion or after the year end discussion.
