Hello All. . I have one question regarding EY. I got an offer from EY and my joining is on 11th July. I received an email from First Advantage regarding Background Verification. But the password they had sent has expired as I was not able to initiate the process within 2 days. Will it create any problem during my onboarding? Does anyone have any idea? I have emailed to them and already raised a ticket with First Advantage. They will be sending new password right?

That’s a false tale, arabs tell their children before bedtime. I’m American, if anything I make less than my colleagues due to taxes. With the amount of missed earning potential and taxes you’ll need to pay in the build up; the opportunity cost isn’t worth it……
I am pretty sure you will earn less 💰 in Canada than in the ME. 💰 at MBB in the ME is decent. Can someone verify please?
Yep, Canadian here, pay isn’t great
You will be better off as MBB pay is in 1st quartile wherever you stay.. However please note that if you consider moving out to a new employer in canada, wage is too low.. I had a PR there but moved to USA on work visa. I’m considering moving to ME through MBB. Again it depends on where you are.. But Canada is not a strategic option. Happy to chat..

I’m making the exact opposite move from Canada to Dubai - through big4 though. Taxes are insane, and our salaries are probably between 30-50% lower than the US salaries in similar roles.
